International scientific practical conferences “Cough in the Spotlight!”

International scientific practical conferences “Cough in the Spotlight!” were held in Tashkent and Andijan on the December 01 and 03, 2015.

The conferences were attended by more than 500 doctors from Tashkent, Andijan, Namangan, Kokand and Fergana.

The programmes of the conferences were very interesting and rich. Furkat Shamsiev, MD, professor, Head of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center (RSSPMC) of Pediatrics’ Pulmonology department of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ministry of Health, opened the conference with the report “Modern Approaches to the Treatment of Obstructive Syndrome among children”.

Also, presentations were made by foreign speakers: “Innovative Technologies in the Name of Health!” (Engelhard Arzneimittel’s Export Manager Markus Kovic (Germany); “Modern Mucolytic Therapy among Children” (MD, professor, head of Chronic inflammatory and allergic lungs diseases department of Clinical Pediatrics Scientific Research Institute named after Academician Yuriy Veltischev of the Russian National Research Medical University named after N. Pirogov, Head of Children’s scientific practical Pulmonology center of Russian Federation Ministry of Health, Chief pediatric pulmonologist of Russia – Yuriy Mizernitskiy (Russia); “Pathogenetic therapy of acute bronchitis among children,” (MD, Department of Pediatrics of the Russian Academy of Postgraduate Education – Elena Ovsyannikova (Russia). The issues raised in the reports, caused great interest among the participants of the conferences and were considered in lengthy discussions.
